End User License Agreement

Last updated: June 20, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a contract between you and DC Software Apps LLC, doing business as DCSA Studios ("DCSA," "we," "us," or "our"). It governs your installation and use of the Fireteam Breach game software, including updates, patches, and virtual items (the "Game").

By installing or playing the Game, you agree to this EULA, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game.

1. License grant

Subject to this EULA, DCSA grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

2. Store and platform terms

You obtain the Game through Steam (Valve) and the Epic Games Store. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their agreements, including the Steam Subscriber Agreement and the Epic Games Store EULA. If a store agreement conflicts with this EULA for purchases or downloads made on that store, the store agreement controls for that subject.

3. Unreal Engine and Epic services

The Game is built with Unreal Engine 5 and uses Epic Online Services and Epic Account Services for sign-in and online features. Unreal Engine is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States and elsewhere. When you use Epic-powered features, you are also subject to the applicable Epic terms and privacy policy. We do not control Epic's services.

4. License restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game, except as the store allows.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the limited extent the law permits.
  • Use or distribute cheats, hacks, bots, mods, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage or alters gameplay without authorization.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with anti-cheat, security, or authentication systems.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Game.
  • Use the Game to violate the law or the rights of others.

5. Anti-cheat and fair play

To keep matches fair, the Game uses anti-cheat and integrity technology that may run while you play and may monitor for cheating, unauthorized software, and tampering. If we detect cheating or other violations, we may apply sanctions, including warnings, match restrictions, and permanent bans, and may report sanctions through Epic Online Services. Some sanctions are applied automatically; if one significantly affects you, you may request human review and contest it as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Virtual items and currency

The Game includes virtual currencies (tokens and credits) and virtual items. These are licensed to you, not sold, have no real-world value, and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred except through features we officially provide. Some items are sold in packs that contain randomized content obtained with credits, an in-game currency earned through play that cannot be purchased with money; where we offer such a pack, we disclose the odds of the items it can contain. The full terms are in Section 7 of our Terms of Service.

7. Updates and changes to the game

We may release updates, patches, and new content, and your device may download and install them automatically. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue features, modes, or the Game itself, in whole or in part. Some features require an internet connection and an Epic account, and online services may not always be available.

8. Ownership

The Game and all related content, including code, art, audio, characters, operators, and the Fireteam Breach name and logo, are owned by DCSA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Fireteam Breach and DCSA Studios are trademarks of DC Software Apps LLC. This EULA gives you a license to use the Game, not any ownership of it.

9. Content you create in-game

Content you create or share through the Game, such as a profile picture, profile text, text chat, and voice chat, is governed by Section 6 of our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, including how we may record and review voice and text chat to keep players safe.

10. Termination

This license lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you break this EULA, and we may suspend or terminate it if you cheat or put the Game or other players at risk. You may end it by uninstalling and ceasing all use of the Game. When the license ends, you must stop using the Game and delete your copies. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Export and sanctions compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Game if you are located in an embargoed country or are on a restricted-party list under US or other applicable law.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. The disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification terms in Sections 12 through 14 of our Terms of Service apply to the Game and are part of this EULA.

13. Dispute resolution and governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration and are subject to the class action waiver and opt-out described in Section 15 of our Terms of Service, which is incorporated into this EULA.

14. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, give additional notice. Your continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised EULA.
